In several places on the NOvA web pages one can find mention that the Far Detector mass is 15 kilotons and that its length is 78 meters. In the current schedule the Far Detector mass is 14 kilotons and its length is less than 78 meters by a corresponding amount. The figure of 14 kilotons is the "CD-4 deliverable".
